General Terms & Conditions
Visitor, platform and data-use ledger.
This page sets out the broader general terms, visitor data expectations, cookie use, platform disclosures, and legal framework for CatMedia.ai. It is intentionally detailed and should be read alongside any specific onboarding, submission, monetization, or creator-facing terms presented elsewhere in the product.
1. Scope of this page
These General Terms & Conditions apply to visitors, readers, prospective creators, submitters, advertisers, and anyone else accessing, browsing, interacting with, or submitting information through CatMedia.ai. They operate as a broad visitor and platform-use ledger and may be supplemented by more specific onboarding, creator, monetization, payout, privacy, or promotional terms where relevant.
2. Operator identity and project relationship
CatMedia.ai operates in relationship with CatMediaWW and may share strategic, editorial, commercial, operational, legal, or technical coordination with CatMediaWW where appropriate. References to CatMedia.ai may, where the context requires, include associated project, operator, contractor, reviewer, legal, or platform functions supporting the wider Cat Media ecosystem.
3. Informational and commercial nature of the site
The site may contain informational material, onboarding flows, creator-intake experiences, product positioning, monetization concepts, advertising-related plans, and future-facing features. Nothing on the site should be interpreted as a promise of approval, publication, monetization, earnings, recruitment, commercial placement, or technical deployment unless and until expressly confirmed by CatMedia.ai.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
CatMedia.ai may use cookies, local browser storage, analytics tags, advertising technology, consent state markers, anti-fraud tools, and similar mechanisms to remember preferences, measure performance, reduce abuse, understand visitor behavior, support advertising strategy, improve user experience, and maintain platform stability. Some of these technologies may be first-party and some may be connected to third-party service providers.
5. Visitor data and behavioral use
Visitor data may include device signals, browser details, general interaction data, referral information, page engagement, button clicks, partial form activity, saved-progress state, and other usage indicators. This information may be used to improve the platform, monitor demand, study content interest by category, support contextual advertising strategy, reduce invalid traffic, forecast commercial opportunity, refine conversion flow, and inform future product and recruitment decisions.
6. Transparency on profiling and forecasting
CatMedia.ai may review aggregated or identifiable usage patterns to understand which themes, content categories, onboarding steps, or creator segments appear most commercially or editorially relevant. This may include demand measurement, contextual programmatic targeting forecasting, category planning, fraud screening, and general commercial analysis. CatMedia.ai does not promise that any such analysis will result in publication, partnership, targeting activation, or commercial benefit to any particular user.
7. Saved progress and browser-local behavior
Where the site offers a save or draft function, that feature may rely on browser-local storage and may not constitute a permanent or centrally recoverable record. Drafts may be lost through browser clearing, device change, private browsing, storage failure, or future system changes. Users should not rely on browser-local draft functions as their sole copy of important information.
8. Submitted creator, visitor, and inquiry data
Where a visitor, creator, or prospective creator provides identity details, contact data, social handles, domain information, portrait images, financial details, tax information, or content-planning inputs, CatMedia.ai may use that information for onboarding assessment, fraud reduction, eligibility review, profile construction, product planning, monetization analysis, commercial evaluation, legal review, and operational decision-making.
9. Sensitive data caution
Certain onboarding flows may request sensitive or semi-sensitive information such as banking or tax details. CatMedia.ai aims to treat such information with additional care, but no visitor should assume a prototype, draft, or browser-local interface alone creates a complete production-grade secure submission system. Sensitive-data handling may evolve and may require updated legal, technical, and policy safeguards over time.
10. Links, external platforms, and references
The site may reference or link to external platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X / Twitter, Instagram, payment providers, banking platforms, Cloudflare, or other third-party services. Those services operate independently. CatMedia.ai does not control their terms, uptime, authentication flows, enforcement actions, privacy practices, or platform restrictions.
11. Advertising, targeting, and commercial forecasting
CatMedia.ai may use visitor and onboarding information to understand potential advertiser relevance, category demand, likely audience themes, contextual programmatic fit, conversion behavior, and monetization opportunity. Such analysis is part of ordinary product, editorial, and commercial planning and does not guarantee any specific campaign, payout, rate, or outcome.
12. Anti-bot, invalid traffic, and verification controls
CatMedia.ai may use manual or automated checks to identify invalid traffic, suspicious behavior, impersonation, low-quality submissions, broken or misleading social links, repeated bad-faith inputs, verification concerns, or other integrity issues. These checks may affect user experience, access decisions, onboarding review, or internal prioritization.
13. Intellectual property and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the site design, text, layout, branding, and platform materials belong to CatMedia.ai, CatMediaWW, or their licensors. Users must not reproduce, scrape, republish, frame, or commercially exploit site materials beyond what is permitted by law or expressly authorized. User-submitted materials remain subject to any applicable submission or creator terms that may grant CatMedia.ai limited rights necessary for review, formatting, hosting, distribution, and monetization.
14. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
The site may change, pause, fail, move, break, reload differently, lose drafts, or behave inconsistently as the project evolves. CatMedia.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature continuity, compatibility across all devices, or preservation of all visitor-side or client-side data.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatMedia.ai and related project operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, commercial, or data-related losses arising from use of the site, draft loss, cookie behavior, analytics behavior, onboarding delay, monetization expectations, targeting assumptions, external platform restrictions, or third-party service failures.
16. Evolving legal ledger
This page is intended to function as a transparent, detailed, evolving legal ledger. It may be updated as the product, workflow, tracking behavior, monetization systems, or legal posture changes. Continued use of the site after updates may constitute acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
17. Practical reader warning
This document is deliberately detailed. Visitors who continue browsing or interacting with CatMedia.ai should assume that the platform is actively balancing transparency, fraud reduction, commercial planning, creator review, and product iteration. If a visitor is uncomfortable with those realities, they should not continue using the site or providing information through it.
