Terms and Conditions
Platform legal ledger.
These terms govern creator onboarding, build requests, domain assistance, monetization setup, and payout handling across CatMedia.ai and CatMediaWW. Submission of a final build request requires agreement to these terms.
1. Parties and scope
These terms apply between the submitting creator or business, CatMedia.ai, and CatMediaWW in connection with setup intake, website build preparation, onboarding, monetization configuration, domain support, and related platform services.
2. Creator ownership and license
The creator retains ownership of original content, branding, and submitted creative assets, subject to a limited non-exclusive license allowing CatMedia.ai and CatMediaWW to review, host, format, display, distribute, monetize, and technically operate the submitted material where necessary to deliver the service.
3. Accuracy of submitted information
The creator confirms that all submitted identity details, social profiles, domain information, banking instructions, tax information, and related materials are accurate, current, and lawfully theirs to provide. False, misleading, or incomplete submissions may result in rejection, delay, suspension, or removal.
4. Saved progress and draft status
Where the onboarding flow offers a save or draft function, that feature may be browser-local, temporary, incomplete, or prototype in nature unless and until CatMedia.ai expressly provides a centralized production save system. Users should not assume local browser draft storage creates a complete business record, guaranteed recovery path, or confirmed submission.
5. Content eligibility and platform protection
CatMedia.ai and CatMediaWW may refuse, pause, edit for formatting, restrict, suspend, or remove content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, unsafe, deceptive, reputationally high-risk, or otherwise inconsistent with platform standards, commercial partner requirements, or legal obligations.
6. Build request status
Completion of the intake flow and activation of the final build button does not itself guarantee that a live site will be generated, published, monetized, or approved. The final build stage captures a request for review and handoff only unless and until CatMedia.ai or CatMediaWW proceeds with production.
7. Content planning and draft inputs
The onboarding flow may request one or more opening social post ideas, content-section selections, image attachments, styling choices, or user-supplied source references in order to shape site structure, editorial planning, demand measurement, contextual programmatic targeting forecasting, recruitment planning, and related build preparation. Collection of these inputs does not guarantee that all supplied material will be published, imported, or used.
8. Monetization and payout economics
Monetization may include programmatic advertising, paywall placements, and related revenue mechanisms. As currently described in the onboarding flow, CatMedia.ai may retain a 15% share to support hosting and platform operations, with the remaining 85% intended for the creator, subject to platform approval, payment processing, tax compliance, fraud review, and partner availability.
9. Domain purchase and commission
Where a Cloudflare domain, related page setup, or connected domain transaction is sourced or facilitated through CatMedia.ai or CatMediaWW, a 15% commission may apply to that transaction or related service layer. Exact billing treatment, if any, may vary depending on whether the domain is creator-owned, transferred, newly purchased, or provisioned through a third-party flow.
10. Taxes, banking, and withholding
The creator is responsible for providing complete and valid tax and payout information. CatMedia.ai and CatMediaWW may delay, suspend, offset, or withhold payouts where tax documentation is incomplete, payment details fail validation, fraud concerns arise, chargeback risk is identified, or legal or regulatory compliance requires additional review.
11. Third-party dependency risk
Advertising networks, payment processors, Cloudflare, hosting providers, and external service providers remain independent third parties. CatMedia.ai and CatMediaWW are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, service interruptions, failed deposits, approval denials, algorithmic suppression, policy actions, or third-party commercial decisions outside their reasonable control.
12. External source references and platform restrictions
If the onboarding flow allows the user to reference or paste links to content from LinkedIn, Facebook, X / Twitter, Instagram, or other platforms, those references are treated as user-supplied inputs only unless and until CatMedia.ai expressly implements and discloses a lawful supported import workflow. CatMedia.ai and CatMediaWW do not represent that automated copying, scraping, or extraction from third-party services is permitted or available.
13. Fraud, invalid traffic, and enforcement
CatMedia.ai and CatMediaWW may use identity checks, social verification, web-quality screening, traffic validation, anti-bot measures, payout review, and manual moderation to defend against fraudulent activity, invalid traffic, impersonation, spam, and commercial abuse. Suspected abuse may lead to investigation, suspension, payout withholding, or permanent removal.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatMedia.ai and CatMediaWW are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, or commercial losses arising from onboarding decisions, monetization outcomes, revenue fluctuations, tax treatment, content rejection, payout delays, service outages, prototype save behavior, draft-loss events, failed uploads, unsupported source imports, or third-party actions.
15. Acceptance and signature effect
Checking the acceptance box before the final build request constitutes the creator’s electronic acknowledgment that they have reviewed and accepted these terms and conditions. That acceptance operates as a digital signature for the purposes of the build-request submission workflow.
16. Draft status
This legal ledger is still a working platform draft and should be reviewed by counsel before live production intake of sensitive financial, tax, identity, upload, or centralized onboarding data. CatMedia.ai and CatMediaWW may revise these terms at any time before production release.
